Hi. I’m Courtney.

Congratulations on taking the first step on your journey to living your best life.

Admitting that we are not okay can be the biggest challenge we face. Then, finding a quality therapist becomes a completely different struggle but the connection we make with our therapist can be the difference on whether we overcome our current situation or not. Just like my clients, I tried everything I could to solve my situations on my own. I know how intimidating it could be but with the right therapist paired with the right approach, you can truly change your life.

I remember thinking that I was probably wasting my time by talking to a complete stranger about what I was going through. “This was a me thing” and “Something I had to figure out myself” I remember telling myself. But I committed myself to finding a therapist that understood me for me and that truly changed my life. Seeking therapy was the best decision I ever made and that is exactly what I take pride in offering my clients today.

One thing unique about our approach is that we always offer a free consultation to make sure that I am the right fit for you. This is important to ensure that I can offer you what I needed when I was searching for help in my own life. A call to my office will give you enough information as to whether I can help you and if not, I will personally refer you to a professional that can.

My Approach and Values

I truly believe that the key to successful therapy is finding the right therapist. The therapeutic relationship is not only the most important part of therapy but one where I hold great pride and passion in. Creating an honest, trustworthy, and healthy therapeutic relationship is the first step in our journey together. After all, your story is important and cannot be told to just anyone. Through this powerful therapeutic relationship, you will feel that you can open up and discover what you are currently experiencing and together create a realistic plan to overcome your situation.

This is important because I help clients avoid needing months or years of useless therapy by putting them in control of their lives from day 1.

I am passionate about my work with individuals, children, teenagers, and young adults, who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, OCD, divorced parents, stress, low self-esteem/confidence, PTSD, and identity issues. I take pride in helping my clients understand, process, and change the difficult situations in their lives so they can create a happier, positive, and more fulfilling future.

I look forward to connecting with you.
